Floral Fiest Top

Party into summer with this bright and fun floral fiesta top. Wear off the shoulder or with a colorful lace bra or up on the shulders for an easy fit. Top has elastic around arm sleeves for a blousey look and around neck. Semi-flowy bodice, hit above hips. Fabric has a nice, soft feel. This is not an over-sized top, but runs true to size.
